We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Product availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Velore LLC is not liable for any errors or inaccuracies in product representations.

VYXN products are for external use only. Our perfumes are designed for humans and are not intended for use on pets. Customers are required to perform a 24-hour patch test on a small skin area before full use to assess personal sensitivities. Velore LLC is not liable for any damages, injuries, or allergic reactions arising from the use of our products, except in cases of gross negligence.
3. Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders at our discretion. This may include orders placed under the same customer account, credit card, or shipping address. If we make a change or cancellation, we will notify you via email or phone. All products are sold ‘as is’ without warranties beyond merchantability, and we disclaim liability for individual reactions or suitability.
4. Payment
All payments must be completed at checkout. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment options as listed on our website. Velore LLC is not responsible for payment processing errors by third-party providers.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details. Once your package is handed over to the carrier, Velore LLC is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the postal service.
6. Returns & Refunds
Velore LLC offers returns only under specific conditions: unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery, with original packaging intact, and subject to approval, due to the intimate and highly concentrated nature of our extraits, most items are final sale.

VYXN, and all related designs, bottle shapes, and product names are trademarks or registered trademarks of Velore LLC in the United States and other countries.
All content on this site, including text, images, graphics, and product photography, is the property of VYXN and protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may not use any VYXN trademarks, logos, or proprietary material without our prior written permission.
Unauthorized use of our trademarks or copyrighted material may result in legal action.
