Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Velore LLC, doing business as VYXN, for use of vyxnparfum.com and any purchase from this store.

If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Store

We can refuse service, limit quantities, or cancel an order. Prices, descriptions, and stock can change. We try to display products accurately. We are not liable for typographical errors or display differences, including color on your screen.

2. Products

VYXN products are for external use on human skin only. They are not for pets or cats.

Do a 24-hour patch test on a small area before full use. Read the allergen list on the product page before you buy. If a listed material is a problem for you, do not buy it.

A listed or unlisted material can still cause a reaction. We are not doctors. This site is not medical advice. We cannot promise you will not react.

If you have a history of fragrance allergy, asthma, or sensitive skin, start with a sample. If you react, stop using the product and contact a medical professional.

3. Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it or ship it. Payment is due at checkout through Shopify’s checkout. We are not responsible for errors by the payment processor.

4. Shipping

U.S. shipping only. Free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more before taxes. Processing is 1–3 business days. Delivery is usually 5–8 business days after shipment. Full details are in the Shipping Policy. That policy controls if there is a conflict.

Once the carrier has the package, delays and losses are handled as stated in the Shipping Policy.

5. Returns

Perfume and samples are final sale. Full details are in the Refund Policy. That policy controls if there is a conflict.

6. Intellectual property

Site content, product names, photography, and branding belong to Velore LLC. Do not copy or use them without written permission.

7. Liability

Products are sold as-is to the extent allowed by law, except for the replacement process in the Refund Policy for confirmed damage, defect, or a wrong item we sent.

To the extent allowed by Massachusetts law, Velore LLC is not liable for reactions, unsuitability for your skin, or indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Massachusetts law does not allow us to limit, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct where that limit is prohibited.

8. Changes

We can update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law

Massachusetts law governs these terms. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts sitting in Massachusetts, unless a law that cannot be waived requires otherwise.
