Are your products tested on animals?

No. VYXN does not test on animals. 

 

Do your fragrances contain parabens, phthalates, or dyes?

No. All VYXN extraits are IFRA compliant and formulated without parabens, phthalates, BHT, or dyes.

Can I return or get a refund for online purchases?

Unless the item arrives damaged, online purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or refunds on opened or used products. Discovery sets are non-returnable.

 

What is the difference between the VYXN and vyxn?

The VYXN features our deepest, most limited extraits. The vyxn is the lighter, more wearable expression eau de Parfum concentration. 

How long does shipping take?

We ship only within the USA. Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Please allow 3–7 business days for delivery once shipped. Free shipping applies on orders of $50 or more.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

Not at this time. We currently ship only within the continental United States.

 

Do you accept collaborations or PR requests?

We selectively accept collaborations, but only after a full bottle purchase and review. This protects our limited small-batch inventory and ensures genuine interest. Please review the guidelines on our Contact page before submitting a request.

 

Why are your prices what they are?

Each extrait is hand-blended in very small batches using rare and premium ingredients. We do not use fillers or mass-production methods. The price reflects the concentration, craftsmanship, and intentional scarcity.

 

Are your fragrances safe for sensitive skin?

All VYXN fragrances are formulated in full compliance with IFRA standards. We recommend patch-testing on the inner forearm for 24 hours before full use. Discontinue if irritation occurs. For human skin only.

 

How should I store my perfume?

Keep bottles away from direct sunlight and extreme heat. Store in a cool, dark place to preserve the integrity of the natural ingredients.
