Are your products tested on animals?

No. VYXN does not test on animals. 

 

Do your fragrances contain parabens, phthalates, or dyes?

No.

Shipping

We ship inside the United States only.

Free standard shipping on orders of $99 or more before taxes. Under $99, the rate is shown at checkout.

Orders usually ship in 1–3 business days. Delivery is usually 5–8 business days after that. Those are estimates.

Returns

Perfume and samples are final sale. We do not take returns because you dislike the scent or it smells different on your skin.

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email parfumvelore@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos. If we confirm the problem, we replace the item. Original shipping is not refunded.

Start with a sample if you are unsure.

Scent and skin

Notes on the site are what we put in the formula. They will not smell identical on every person. Skin, heat, and diet change the wear. That is not a defect.

If you still do not like it, gift it or use a fragrance buy/sell group. That is not a return.

Exceptions

No other exceptions. “Case by case” means we look at photos of damage. It does not mean we take back juice you do not like.

Allergens

If you know you react to a fragrance material, read the allergen list on that product before you buy. Do not purchase if a listed ingredient is a problem for you.

We list allergens that may be present in each formula based on the materials we use. Lists can change if a batch changes. Check the product page for the bottle you are ordering.

A listed or unlisted material can still cause a reaction. Skin chemistry varies. We are not doctors and this site is not medical advice. We cannot promise you will not react.

If you have a history of fragrance allergy, asthma, or sensitive skin, start with a sample and patch-test on a small area first. If you are unsure, do not buy.

If you have a reaction, stop using the product and contact a medical professional. Email parfumvelore@gmail.com with your order number if you need the ingredient list for that batch.

How long does shipping take?

We ship only within the USA. Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Please allow 5-8 business days for delivery once shipped. Free shipping applies on orders of $99 or more.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

Not at this time. We currently ship only within the continental United States.

 

Do you accept collaborations or PR requests?

We selectively accept collaborations, but only after a full bottle purchase and review. This protects our limited small-batch inventory and ensures genuine interest. Please review the guidelines on our Contact page before submitting a request.

 

Why are your prices what they are?

Each is hand-blended in very small batches using rare and premium ingredients. We do not use fillers or mass-production methods. The price reflects the concentration, craftsmanship, and intentional scarcity.

 

Are your fragrances safe for sensitive skin?

All VYXN fragrances are formulated in compliance with IFRA standards. We recommend patch-testing on the inner forearm for 24 hours before full use. Discontinue if irritation occurs. For human skin only.

 

How should I store my perfume?

Keep bottles away from direct sunlight and extreme heat. Store in a cool, dark place to preserve the integrity of the natural ingredients.
