Rates for orders under $50 calculated at checkout by location/method. Standard U.S. delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch (estimates only; not guaranteed). U.S. domestic shipping only.

Based in Massachusetts, we experience unpredictable winter weather (Nov–Mar: snow, ice, storms). Carrier delays beyond our control may occur. We appreciate your patience. Track your package via provided info.
Delays & Issues
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for carrier delays, weather, theft post-delivery, or customer-provided incorrect/incomplete address info. For “delivered” but missing packages, contact carrier first.
Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (damaged) or estimated delivery +7 days (lost/missing) at parfumvelore@gmail.com.
Required for claims:
• Dated photos of outer packaging (damage/tampering)
• Photos of item(s) & inner packaging
• Photos of shipping label/delivery notice
• Order number & tracking details
We review evidence in good faith. If attributable to carrier (per our sole discretion; no misuse/fraud), we may replace (no cost) or refund (original shipping/taxes non-refundable). We reserve right to deny claims lacking evidence, showing abuse, or requiring further verification (e.g., police report). Decisions final. Pattern of claims may limit future resolutions.
Address Accuracy
Verify shipping address before order submission. We are not liable for misdeliveries due to incorrect/incomplete/outdated addresses (no reship/refund in such cases).
