Refund & Returns Policy – VYXN
At VYXN, we are committed to your satisfaction with every purchase. Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds simply because the customer does not like the scent. For this reason, we strongly encourage customers to try our samples before purchasing full-size bottles.
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfume products, we maintain the following policy:
Returns & Refunds
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on opened or used perfume products.
Returns are accepted only if the product remains completely unopened, the original seal is intact, and all packaging is undamaged and in resale-ready condition.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• You must contact us first to obtain return approval.
Cancellations
• Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at parfumvelore@gmail.com if you wish to cancel an order.
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, you may wait for delivery and follow the return process outlined above (if the product remains unopened and sealed).
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage and any associated shipping fees. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exceptions
In rare cases of manufacturing defects, damaged goods upon arrival, or incorrect items shipped, please contact us immediately at parfumvelore@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will handle these situations on a case-by-case basis.
